Summer Love

WRB loves her Daddy and Daddy loves his WRB.

Three years later, July 6, 2005

Three years ago, we met our wonderful daughter in a sweltering hot room in the Adoption Offices in Guangzhou, China. Here are some pictures of our little sweetie with her referral pictures. She was so excited about the "cute little baby that she was."

African Children's choir from Uganda

We had the opportunity to enjoy the African Children's Choir on their tour through the US, sponsored by the United Methodist Church. They were filled with God's Spirit and love tonight.

Check out the website and video below.

June

WRB and JRB went to GA to visit Nana and Aunt J over Memorial Day weekend. JRB even got to eat at his favorite restaurant GOLD*N CORRAL! (tee hee)

We are officially out of school. Here are some pictures to enjoy. So far WRB has had her shots for Pre K, splashed in our blow up pool, played with Moon Sand and ate lunch at the Town House. Mommy has been to the dentist and will go to the eye dr. later in the summer.

Whoo hoo what a summer so far!

WRB did take her first ride on the water on Father's Day, she had a wild ride on the Paddle Boats at HM State Park along with a picnic.

It's been quite a month. WRB stuck a green bead up her nose at daycare. I rushed her to the school nurse and she was able to remove it with tweezer. When asked why, she replied "Because it was coming out and then it got stuck."

She was accepted into our public school Pre K for next year. Yahooooo! I think she was getting into a little trouble at daycare, because she was a little bored of the same old routine. Hopefully she will be challenged starting this fall.

Only 5 more days with students and then two teacher workdays! Then SUMMER BREAK!!

Enjoy the pictures!

WRB's crib area

This is a picture that Love Without Boundaries was sent. It is a picture of the baby room at WRB's orphanage. No pictures have ever been taken of it that I can find. LWB was sent this after a donation was made by adoptive families.
